Anti-Histone H3 (di methyl K9) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Histone H3 dimethylated at Lys9. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated in liquid form, with affinity purification and a reported molecular weight of 17 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The immunogen is a synthetic dimethylated peptide around K9 of human histone H3 (NP_003520.1), corresponding to the sequence ARKST.

The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for WB, IHC, ICC/IF, IP, ChIP and ChIP-seq. Recommended dilutions are: WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, IP 1:50–1:200, ChIP 1:50–1:200, and ChIP-seq 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; aliquot upon delivery and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
