Anti-Histone H3 (di methyl K4) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Histone H3 dimethylated at Lys4. It is an IgG antibody supplied in unconjugated, liquid form and has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), immunoprecipitation (IP), ChIP and ChIP-seq applications across human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic dimethylated peptide corresponding to the K4 region of human histone H3 (NP_003520.1), and the antibody is prepared by affinity purification. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, IP 1:50–1:200, ChIP 1:50–1:200, and ChIP-seq 1:50–1:200. The reported molecular weight of the target is 17 kDa.

The product is supplied in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
