Anti-Histone H3 (asymmetric di methyl R2) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Histone H3 (asymmetric di methyl Arg2), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The antibody is raised against a synthetic asymmetric dimethylated peptide around R2 of human histone H3 (NP_003520.1) and is affinity purified in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific.

Validated for use in Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, ChIP and ChIP-seq. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 17 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500, ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200, IP: 1:50-1:200, ChIP: 1:20-1:100, and ChIP-seq: 1:20-1:100.
