Anti-Histone H3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for chromatin and epigenetics research, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets endogenous Histone H3 and is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human Histone H3 around the non-phosphorylation site of serine 10, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is unconjugated and formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, making it ready for direct use in standard detection workflows. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, and the antibody has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with demonstrated Western Blot performance on MCF-7 cell lysates as shown on the product datasheet.
