Anti-Histone H3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Histone H3, offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated. According to the manufacturer, the reagent was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 50 to the C-terminus of human HIST3H3 (NP_003484.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa, and the product is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The antibody is affinity purified. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, IP: 1:10,000–1:30,000, and ChIP: 1:10,000–1:30,000. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
