Anti-Histone H3 (acetyl K56) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against Histone H3 acetyl Lys56. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, IP and ChIP, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic acetylated peptide around K56 of human Histone H3 (NP_003520.1), with immunogen sequence YQKST, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and ChIP 1:50–1:200. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
