Anti-Histone H3 (acetyl K27) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Histone H3 acetyl Lys27 (also referred to as acetyl K27). It is supplied unconjugated as an IgG, raised in Rabbit, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody has been validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ICC/IF, Immunoprecipitation (IP), ChIP and ChIP-seq applications.

The reagent was generated against a synthetic acetylated peptide around K27 of human Histone H3 (NP_003520.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided as a liquid, with the target protein having a molecular weight of 17 kDa, in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300; concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:1,000-1:5,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, ICC/IF 1:50-1:200, IP 1:50-1:200, ChIP 1:20-1:100, and ChIP-seq 1:20-1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, and avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
