Anti-Histone H3 (Acetyl-K23) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Histone H3 when acetylated at lysine 23, raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide encompassing acetyl-lysine 23 of Histone H3. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications.

It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of Histone H3 only when the protein is acetylated at Lys23. The antibody has a molecular weight of approximately 17 kDa and is reported to be >95% pure by SDS-PAGE following affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
