Anti-Histone H3 (acetyl K14) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Histone H3 when acetylated at Lys14 (K14). The IgG antibody is unconjugated and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was raised against a synthetic acetylated peptide centred on K14 of human Histone H3 (NP_003520.1), with the immunogen sequence GGKAP. The target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.

Upon arrival the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
