Anti-Histone H2B (K24) Antibody

Primary polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit. The reagent is directed against Histone H2B (K24) and detects endogenous levels of Histone H2B type 1-H protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody is unconjugated and provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of Human Histone H2B. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target Histone H2B has a molecular weight of approximately 18 kDa.
