Anti-Histone H2A.X (S130) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Histone H2A.X (S130) and is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. The unconjugated antibody was raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein runs at approximately 15 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of Histone H2A.X protein and was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of human Histone H2A.X.
