Anti-Histone H2A (Phospho-Thr121) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Histone H2A when phosphorylated at threonine 121 and specifically detects endogenous levels of Histone H2A only in that phosphorylated state. It was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from human Histone H2A around the phosphorylation site of T121 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

Supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol, the reagent is validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry and ELISA applications and has been tested for reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
