Anti-Histone H1.3/H1.4 Antibody

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com that selectively recognizes Histone H1.3 and Histone H1.4 only when threonine 17 is phosphorylated. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µl in 1× TBS (pH 7.4) with 1% BSA, 40% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, enabling chromatin and post-translational modification studies in human, mouse, and rat samples.

Validated applications include Western blot, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry, allowing investigation of phosphorylated H1 linker histones across cell lysates, fixed cells, and tissue sections.
