Anti-Histone H1.0 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to Histone H1.0. It is raised in rabbit, exhibits polyclonal clonality with an IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated. It is reactive against human, mouse, and rat samples, and the reagent is intended for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:100–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–194 of human H1F0 (NP_005309.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 36 kDa.

The antibody is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
