Anti-Histone deacetylase 6 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Histone deacetylase 6 and is validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and ELISA applications. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Histone deacetylase 6, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the target protein. It is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
