Anti-Histone 1.0 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as an affinity-purified, unconjugated primary antibody validated for the detection of endogenous human Histone 1.0. The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Histone 1.0 and was further purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to maximize specificity. It is offered in a liquid formulation containing PBS with 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative, supplied at 1 mg/ml. The 50 µl pack size is recommended for laboratories running Western blot, immunohistochemical and ELISA workflows, as reflected in the three listed applications (WB, IHC, ELISA). Reactivity has been characterized for human samples, with published validation images demonstrating a clean Western blot signal in A549 cell lysates.
