Anti-HIST1H1C Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Histone H1.2, encoded by the HIST1H1C gene. The antibody is supplied unconjugated and is of the IgG isotype, validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It has been shown to react with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within amino acids 100–200 of human HIST1H1C (accession NP_005310.1). The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

It is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt, aliquot and store at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
