Anti-HisRS (E492) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence applications, including ICC/IF. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 361-410 of human HisRS and detects endogenous levels of the HisRS protein. Reactivity has been demonstrated with human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 60 kDa.
