Anti-HisRS Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting HisRS, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies portfolio. The reagent is unconjugated and raised in rabbit. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, and reacts with human and mouse samples. Immunisation used a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human HisRS, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of HisRS protein. Purification was carried out by affinity-chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen. The antibody is provided at 1 mg/mL in a liquid formulation of PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide; the reported isotype is IgG.

For shipping, the vial is sent on cold packs at 4°C. On arrival, the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For continuous use, store at -20°C.
