Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the His Tag. It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) and ELISA applications.
The antibody was generated against the synthetic peptide GSHHHHHHGGC, cross-linked to KLH via a C-terminal cysteine, and recognises His-tagged fusion proteins. It is provided as antiserum containing 0.05% Sodium Azide. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
For Western Blotting, a recommended dilution of 1:1,000 is indicated by the manufacturer.
