Anti-His-tag Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the His-tag and is supplied unconjugated for Western blot (WB) applications. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the His-tag, and the antibody specifically detects over-expressed or recombinant proteins containing the 6× His epitope tag. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
