Anti-His-tag (4C2) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody is raised against the His-tag and supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and belongs to the manufacturer's Primary Antibodies range.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the His-tag, and the antibody detects over-expressed or recombinant proteins containing the 6×His epitope tag. The reagent is affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
