Anti-HIRIP3 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against HIRIP3 and supplied unconjugated. It detects endogenous levels of HIRIP3 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is recombinant full length Human HIRIP3. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is approximately 62 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
