Polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets HIRIP3 (HIRA-interacting protein 3), a nuclear component of the HIRA histone chaperone complex that mediates replication-independent deposition of histone H3.3 at gene regulatory regions and sites of DNA damage. The reagent is raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged in a 100 µl vial suitable for multiple experiments. It has been validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows and recognizes human, mouse, and rat samples, enabling comparative studies across these commonly used mammalian models. Researchers studying chromatin remodeling, histone variant exchange, the DNA damage response, and cellular senescence use this antibody to probe HIRIP3 expression and localization in cell lysates, fixed tissue sections, and cultured cells. Store the vial at -20 °C in aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from light to preserve reagent activity.
