Anti-HIRIP3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent of IgG isotype directed against HIRIP3. It is supplied unconjugated and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody is recommended at the following dilutions: WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50-1:100.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 417-556 of human HIRIP3 (NP_003600.2). The antibody has a predicted molecular weight of 62 kDa and is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is purified by affinity chromatography, shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C; avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
