A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets HIRA (Histone cell cycle regulator). It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 250-550 of human HIRA (NP_003316.3) and is affinity purified. It is provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 112 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:100-1:200 for IHC. The product is described as KO validated and supported by five scientific validation images.

HIRA is localised to the nucleoplasm and shows tissue-enhanced expression in the thyroid gland.
