Anti-HIPK4 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this research-grade reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against HIPK4 (Homeodomain-interacting protein kinase 4) and is supplied at the 50 µl pack size. The antibody is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and affinity-purified from antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human HIPK4. It is formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a final protein concentration of approximately 1.0 mg/mL. Validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent detects endogenous levels of total HIPK4 in human, mouse and rat samples. The vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
