HIP1R (Huntingtin Interacting Protein 1 Related) is a clathrin- and actin-binding protein that bridges the clathrin coat to the cortical actin cytoskeleton during clathrin-mediated endocytosis. This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, unconjugated and supplied as a 100 µl vial, recognizes endogenous HIP1R and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry workflows on human samples.

The polyclonal antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit host serum and binds HIP1R in cell lysates and tissue sections, supporting studies of receptor internalization, vesicle trafficking, and cytoskeletal coupling of clathrin-coated pits. Because HIP1R coordinates membrane deformation with actin dynamics, researchers use it to probe endocytic uptake, receptor recycling, and the link between coated vesicles and the actin cortex in normal and disease models.

Storage at 4 °C with short-term handling at room temperature for assay setup. The unconjugated format allows flexible secondary antibody pairing for chromogenic, fluorescent, or chemiluminescent detection in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry protocols. Each vial is supplied for research use only in in vitro applications.
