Raised in rabbit against HIP1 (Huntingtin Interacting Protein 1), this polyclonal IgG fraction from Antibodies.com targets a clathrin-mediated endocytosis adapter whose altered expression has been documented in prostate, colorectal, and breast tumor tissues. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as 100 µL of a 1 mg/mL stock in PBS buffer containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, ready for direct dilution into routine immunolabeling workflows.
Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human and mouse sample preparations, the reagent supports studies of endocytic trafficking, huntingtin-associated protein complexes, and tumor biology. Sodium azide acts as a microbial preservative, allowing repeated benchtop access during ongoing projects, while the glycerol component maintains binding activity through standard freeze-thaw cycles when working aliquots are stored refrigerated.
