Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal anti-HINT2 antibody, unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on Human and Mouse samples. HINT2 (Histidine Triad Nucleotide-Binding Protein 2) is a mitochondrial enzyme implicated in hepatocyte respiration, steroidogenesis regulation, and tumor-suppressor signaling pathways studied in hepatocellular carcinoma research.
Each vial ships with 100 µl of affinity-purified polyclonal reagent, raised in Rabbit and supplied for direct or secondary-labeled detection of endogenous HINT2 in cell lysates, tumor specimens, and fixed tissue sections. The reagent enables cross-species comparative studies of liver biology, mitochondrial metabolism, and apoptosis signaling. Refrigerate upon arrival and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve functional titer. Intended for research use only.
