Anti-Hint1 (N99) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the Hint1 tumor suppressor, a member of the HIT (histidine triad) nucleotide-binding protein family with intrinsic ADP-ribose pyrophosphatase activity. Hint1 contributes to apoptosis regulation, cell-cycle control, and the cellular DNA-damage response, and altered Hint1 expression has been reported in hepatocellular carcinoma, gastric cancer, and several neuropathic-pain models where the protein modulates NMDA receptor signaling in dorsal root ganglion neurons.

The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, in a 100 µl vial format. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and was raised in a Rabbit host against an epitope corresponding to the N-terminal region (N99) of the Hint1 protein. The reagent cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting translational research workflows that combine rodent tissue studies with patient-derived material.
