Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent and supplied unconjugated for flexible downstream labeling, this Antibodies.com primary antibody targets the HINT1 tumor suppressor protein. The reagent is validated for western blot and immunofluorescence workflows, detects the human antigen, and shows reactivity with mouse and rat orthologues, supporting translational studies that span cultured cell lines and animal model systems. HINT1, a member of the histidine triad nucleotide-binding protein family, has been investigated for roles in transcriptional regulation, DNA repair, apoptosis, and neuromodulation, with published associations to neuroblastoma, schizophrenia, and peripheral neuropathy. Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody, intended for research use only in academic and industry laboratories studying cancer biology, neuroscience, and signal transduction pathways.
