Anti-HINFP Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against HINFP (Histone H4 Transcription Factor), a zinc-finger nuclear protein that binds the histone H4 gene promoter and drives cell-cycle-regulated transcription of replication-dependent histone genes. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied at 100 µl per vial and is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous HINFP in human and mouse samples, where it produces a band near the expected molecular weight for this transcription factor. The polyclonal formulation allows recognition of multiple epitopes on HINFP, which is useful when probing chromatin-associated fractions or nuclear extracts prepared from cultured cells.
