Anti-HIF1AN Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab187524)

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets HIF1AN (also referred to as FIH-1) and is supplied unconjugated in the IgG isotype. It has been validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation in human, mouse and rat samples, and is reported as KO validated.

Generation was against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–349 of human HIF1AN/FIH1 (NP_060372.2). The reagent is affinity purified and provided as a liquid at lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target has a stated molecular weight of 40 kDa, and recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200 and IP 1:50–1:200.

It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
