Anti-HIF1A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting HIF1A, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as part of their primary antibodies range. The antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised against a synthetic peptide sequence corresponding to amino acids 817–821 (E-L-L-R-A) of human HIF1A and detects the endogenous level of total HIF1A protein. Antibodies were generated by immunizing rabbits with synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH and then purified by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific peptide. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:1000.

The product is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
