Anti-HIF-1α (K377) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against HIF-1α and directed at an epitope encompassing residue K377. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 345–398 of human HIF-1α, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of HIF-1α protein, recognising bands at approximately 90 and 120 kDa.

Supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
