Anti-HFM1 Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting HFM1, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, with a reported molecular weight of 130 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-240 of human HFM1 (NP_001017975.4), and the antibody has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:100. Concentration is lot specific.

Three scientific validation images are provided, including Western blot analysis of K-562 cell extracts at 1:500 dilution and immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded rat and mouse testis at 1:100 dilution, using microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2.
