The immunogen is a recombinant human HFE2 protein, and the antibody specifically recognises the endogenous total HFE2 protein in native samples, making it a useful tool for expression studies in iron-metabolism and hematology research. Supplied as an unconjugated formulation at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, this 50 µL aliquot is intended for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows.
