Anti-HFE Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against HFE. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody was generated using recombinant human HFE protein as immunogen and detects endogenous levels of total HFE protein. Reactivity has been confirmed against human samples, with manufacturer data also indicating reactivity with mouse samples.

The reagent is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. For storage, it is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
