From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against HEY1 and is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is unconjugated and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 155–295 of human HEY1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of HEY1 protein.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a stated molecular weight of approximately 33 kDa.
