Anti-Hexim2 Antibody

This unconjugated primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets Hexim2, the hexamethylene bisacetamide-inducible protein 2 that binds P-TEFb and suppresses RNA polymerase II transcription elongation. Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal antiserum, it is reactive with the human protein and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in 100 µl of phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, adjusted to approximately pH 7.2.

Intended for western blot detection, the reagent is provided as a ready-to-dilute vial of unconjugated Ig suitable for standard immunoblotting workflows on human cell and tissue lysates.
