Anti-Hexim1 (Q215) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Hexim1, specifically recognising the Q215 region of the protein. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 191-240 of Human Hexim1, and the pAb detects endogenous levels of Hexim1 protein. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 41 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Four scientific validation images are available.
