Anti-HEXIM1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for HEXIM1, raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is recommended for Western blot applications at working dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2,000, and is additionally cited as suitable for immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, and was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 210–359 of human HEXIM1 (NCBI accession NP_006451.1). The expected target band is observed at a molecular weight of 70 kDa.
