Description
An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 481–530 of human Hexb. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of Hexb protein.
It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% (SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 63 kDa.
