Anti-HEXA Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the HEXA target and supplied as an unconjugated reagent. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human HEXA. The reagent is validated for detection of endogenous HEXA protein levels.

Validated for Western Blotting (WB) and ELISA, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Alternative names for the HEXA target recognised by this polyclonal reagent include Beta-hexosaminidase subunit alpha, Beta-N-acetylhexosaminidase subunit alpha, Hexosaminidase subunit A and N-acetyl-beta-glucosaminidase subunit alpha.

The antibody is provided at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
