Anti-HEXA Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against HEXA, marketed by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity reported against human, mouse and rat samples and the target protein detected at 55 kDa.

Raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 270-529 of human HEXA (NP_000511.2), the antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500-1:1,000.

Shipped at 4°C, the product should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
