Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting HES-2 is raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated for use in Western blot (WB) applications. It is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of HES-2 protein. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human HES-2.
The product is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
