Protein G-purified mouse monoclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised against the HSV-ICP35 infected-cell protein and supplied at 500 µg as an unconjugated IgG3(k) preparation validated for immunofluorescence assay (IFA). HSV ICP35 corresponds to the large subunit of the viral ribonucleotide reductase, an early gene product expressed shortly after infection that accumulates in the nuclei of infected cells. This nuclear localization pattern makes the antibody a practical marker for visualizing herpes simplex virus replication in fixed cell monolayers and infected tissue sections. The unconjugated format gives laboratories flexibility to pair it with a preferred fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagent or to integrate it into custom detection workflows. The clone is intended for research use in virology studies of herpesvirus gene expression, latency-reactivation investigations, and screening of candidate antiviral compounds.
