Anti-Herpes Simplex Virus 1 (HSV 1-gC) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com and offered through Aviva Systems Biology, this purified monoclonal reagent targets the glycoprotein C (gC) envelope protein of Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1 and is supplied at 100 µg per vial in 10 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.4). It is a mouse IgG2a, kappa isotype antibody raised against HSV-1, with reported purity above 95% by SDS-PAGE and reactivity toward the gC antigen of HSV-1, making it well-suited to studies of viral envelope biology and immune evasion by this dsDNA herpesvirus.
