Anti-HERC3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting HERC3, raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–200 of the human HERC3 sequence (NP_055421.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The manufacturer states a molecular weight of 117 kDa. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
